It seems Iron Lore has listened to the players and implemented some useful features in addition to the extra content. 1.3 What the Expansion offers - Those of you who have played the original TQ, will know that there was room for improvement (although minor). If you choose Epic difficulty however, you will start at the same point in the original game, and you will have to play all thru way through epic difficulty and defeat the Titan, before you can play the Epic difficulty expansion stage. All you have to do is to select normal difficulty and your player will immediately start at the extra stage. For example, if you have a character that has beaten Normal level but mid way through Epic difficulty, you can use this player to play the extra expansion stage. For those who have the original game and have characters who have completed the original game with characters TQIL will automatically import your characters, and allow you to play the "extra" level without having to start over. The expansion takes place after the final combat with the Titan in the original game, and after you enter the portal, you get transported to a village an a new adventure which will take you to HELL (Hades), and fight even more mythical Greek monsters and defeat an even harder enemy. The expansion adds about an extra 10 hours of new content, but like TQ, TQIL has a lot of replayability. The expansion adds many new features, items, and an extra "level" to original game. It is an expansion which means that you cannot play Titan Quest Immortal Throne (shortened to TQIL from now on) without owning and installing Titan Quest first. 1.2 What is Titan Quest Immortal Throne? - Titan Quest Immortal Throne an expansion for the Titan Quest game developed by Iron Lore (for more information on Titan Quest, see my guide on TQ). Then Ironlore will have more incentive to make more content and maybe even a sequel. If you like the game, buy it (even if it is the only one you buy). The side quest title description has the following format Side quest : : : Source of quest: where the quest is given Destination of quest: Where the quest is fulfilled Final note, please do not play a pirated or illegal copy. Since most maps areas are linear with one entry and one exit, it is hard to get lost. In general the directions are relative to a certain landmark (which would be described), or relative to the center of the area (if no relative point described). It is difficult to give exact directions. Since some of the maps are not big open areas, but winding paths etc. I will use N,E,W,S,NE, etc to mean direction points of the compass where N is the top of the screen.
